I'm Aliya, a human being to start with, and many other things:
mom of 2, brand strategist,  life coach, design thinking facilitator,  well-being enthusiast, mindfulness ambassador, climate-concerned citizen, sea & raw cakes lover.... the list goes on.

After a Bachelor's degree in Economics, a Master's in Design thinking, work in advertising and a leap of faith, I decided to start my own practice. At first, life coaching and then transitioning to soulful branding and design thinking.

I thought that just being a good professional was enough to make a living...oh,boy, was I wrong. I learnt how to find your voice, how to make a profession out of your passion, how to get clients and scale, and most importantly, how to do it all by following your heart and unleashing the power of authenticity

Born into a mixed family from Russia and Kazakhstan, studied in Spain, and now living in France. I’m doing my best to keep my "international" spirit alive:
I speak 4 languages, and so do my kids, while hanging out and working with people all over the globe.

At first, DT was born to tackle business challenges, but because it teaches you how to face and thrive in the unknown, you can use it to find solutions to pretty much any of life’s puzzles. It brings hope and broadens your horizons... and it keeps you sane and positive, because it shows how to navigate challenges effectively.
